I have been a client of this team for a very long time. Shauna provides top notch cleaning and guidance as my hygienist and Dr Lioue is superb. Knowledgeable, great bedside manner and provides great advice.
I struggle now with getting a cleaning every 6 months as the client base is so extensive, I now am waiting 9 months between cleanings.
Dr Louie is awesome! My dentist retired and in looking for a new dentist I asked him who he trusted. It was Dr. Louie of course! She has done 3 crowns for me with exceptional care. Staff is also really great. Highly recommended!!
Scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance to find out that THEY had canceled it. I've never had this happen, not with doctors, mechanics or the barber. My insurance expires before their next available appointment, leaving me without dental care for the foreseeable future.
They will cancel your appointment if you don't answer their SINGLE phone call. I didn't know about this and wasted MONTHS of my life waiting for an appointment that got cancelled because because I didn't see they had called me like 3 months ago.
my crown keeps come off, this is 2 or 3 times already, i have to pay fot this time to cement it back
i have other crowns and they never come off
Dr Louie and her staff are great. They are friendly, courteous and professional. I have been a patient for many years. I followed Dr Louie from her previous location due to her integrity in dealing with a problem I had. The hygienists and receptionist are also very good to work with. My wife and I are patients for life!
Hygienist Shonna and Dr. Louie always provide professional, efficient and pleasant dental care. It is a pleasure being a long-time patient here!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's hard to judge a dental office from one visit but I would have liked a little more time with Dr. Louie. It seemed she needs another Dentist to help her out.
